Press start: Fresh games from Aeon & Star Interactive!
Demo update for Steel Legion, live streams of Steel Legion gameplay sessions and a sneak peek at our next game's concept art.
TL;DR
We updated the demo of Steel Legion on itch.io, and François has been streaming lately on his Twitch account, trying to beat his personal best at a Steel Legion no-hit run!
We are moving forward with our next game now that A Jesting Descent is done and Steel Legion is being polished. Head down to have a sneak peek at the concept art that is currently under way!
Demo Update
Since the release of the demo of Steel Legion, we have received a lot of feedback from our players, and we have done a lot of testing with all the live streams we’ve been doing (jump to the next section for more info). Based on all this, we’ve updated the demo by adding new features or fixing minor bugs:
Doors are now highlighted to make them safer to see and use
The level design and enemy placement were improved in the City level
A bug on skipping text was fixed
A bug on wave projectile was fixed
If you want to share your feedback or a bug issue with us, come share it on Discord!
Check Out Our Steel Legion Streams
Recently, François, the creator behind Steel Legion on our team, has been live streaming his gameplay sessions on Twitch. Go watch him beat his personal best for Steel Legion no-hit runs!
Kickstarter Campaign Coming Soon
The launch of Steel Legion’s Kickstarter campaign is still scheduled for Q1 2024. We’re working hard with the team of Broke Studio to launch it as fast as we can!
Concept Art in Progress
With A Jesting Descent now behind us and Steel Legion only needing a little bit of polishing, we are moving forward with our next game! We have a good idea of the game mechanics and narrative, and so here’s a sneak peek of the concept art currently in progress. Can you guess the setting of the game?
Simon Latraverse is the talented artist behind it, and we’re super excited to get to see our ideas come to life! More to come in our next newsletter!

Coop Games to Play This Holiday Season
During the holiday season, it’s always a pleasure to get together with family and friends and play games together. So here are two suggestions of homebrew NES games that are perfect for a get-together!
Micro Mages: Fight your way through the Demon Fortress with up to three other mage friends. Can be found on Steam and itch.io for the digital versions.
Super Tilt Bro.: Online platform-fighting game for the NES that is yet to come in a physical version (with a revolutionary cartridge using a Wi-Fi chipset designed by Broke Studio), but that is already out digitally on itch.io.
Merry Christmas and happy New Year! Don’t forget to watch Die Hard, the best Christmas movie out there!
